Backyard Hibachi, Made Easy

We bring the chef, the cooking gear and the food. You set out tables, chairs and plates — then sit back and enjoy the show.

Call, Text or Book Online

Tell us your date, Long Island town and how many adults and kids. We confirm availability and your menu.

Set Up Your Space

Arrange tables and chairs around where the chef will cook, and provide plates, utensils, salad bowls and drinks.

Enjoy the Hibachi Show

Your chef arrives with the grill and fresh ingredients and cooks salad, veggies, fried rice and two proteins per guest live.
